Hotel Mousai is proud to announce the development and construction of an additional tower adjacent to the existing Hotel building, located within the Garza Blanca Preserve complex in Puerto Vallarta. Construction of Hotel Mousai´s new South tower began in July 2019 and is well underway with the official Grand Opening slated by the end of 2021.
Hotel Mousai´s second tower will be named South to differentiate it from the original tower, which will be called North. As the newest addition to the Hotel Mousai family, the South tower will boast 72 additional keys featuring sleek, modern design and breathtaking views of the Bay of Banderas and its iconic Los Arcos granite rock formations.
Each suite features the most modern, haute designs and high-end finishes in Hotel Mousai style, exuding creativity, exclusivity, and top luxury. Light, bright colors including white, silver and gold dominate the color scheme in these studio units. Large, plush signature beds are placed right in the middle of the room, generating a more comfortable and modern design. Each unit features a private terrace with a hydromassage tub and hammock.
In addition, 4 Penthouse Suites with lock-off options crown the 16 levels of the tower. These privileged Penthouses each measure nearly 1,537 Sq. Ft. and include an exclusive living room and bar area, a master bathroom with steam shower, and access to private terrace with a hydromassage tub and hammock.
The Culinary scene will be top-notch, of course! The new tower addition presents an Italian restaurant situated on the ground floor with capacity for 140 guests for breakfast and dinner, serving culinary delights such as delicious pastas and pizzas prepared in a fabulous show-kitchen.
Adjacent to the Lobby is the Lounge Bar, inviting guests for a cocktail while being serenaded by live music provided by Hotel Mousai’s Music for the Senses experience featuring a Cuban quartet of saxophone, flute, trumpet and violin players.
On the Rooftop, a panoramic pool framed by a spectacular view of the Pacific Ocean and the Bay of Banderas is the place to be to enjoy the sun. It includes a dining area, lounge chairs, and two jacuzzi hot tubs. This ultra-chic, flexible space can accommodate up to 126 guests for various events and activities.
Within the vicinity of the tower is DAO, the newest culinary concept created by Tafer. DAO presents Chinese haute cuisine served in a 150-seat restaurant that functions as the centerpiece of the Mousai complex, connecting the two towers of the complex via a bridge with fantastic forest views.
