Enjoy the delectable culinary creations of guest chefs, Jags Aldaba from barMASA restaurant in Las Vegas, USA and Rurik Salazar from the Bayan Tree in Acapulco, Mexico as they cook up a storm on November 14th. Hotel Mousai’s Orange Deck will lend the scene with music and a blissful setting, joined by our very own talented chefs, Mario Castro from Blanca Blue, Carlos Leyva from Hiroshi Restaurant, Chef Alvaro Cortez from BocaDos Steak House and Marcelo Vega our pastry chef.
