Hurricane season has already started this 2021, and Nora, a category 1 hurricane, decided to visit the shores of Puerto Vallarta on August 28th, 2021. Nora caused some minor problems that affected downtown Puerto Vallarta and the surroundings of Río Cuale, problems that are already being taken care off and that guarantee that both areas will be open once again sooner rather than later!
