Resort Credit Usage: The credit may be applied toward food and beverage purchases and selected items with an additional charge, including romantic dinners, bottles of wine, in-room phone calls, and Premium Wi-Fi. Resort Credit can be used for up to 20% of the total amount of each eligible purchase. For spa treatments, up to $50 USD per day may be used for eligible 55-minute body treatments. It does not apply to beauty salon services or spa boutique purchases. Resort Credit is not valid for staff service charges, tips, taxes, Market Shop purchases, Karuma restaurant, or BathHouse services. The maximum credit allowed per day depends on suite category and length of stay. Any unused portion is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Resort Credit is not available on the Blackout Dates: December 23, 2026 through January 3, 2027.

This benefit applies once per stay for All-Inclusive reservations only and requires a minimum stay of 3 nights. For longer stays, guests may enjoy this benefit once again starting on the 6th night. All experiences are subject to availability.
Government-issued photo identification and a credit card or cash deposit are required at check-in for incidental charges.
Prepayment is required. You will be charged for 35% after making your reservation. The remaining balance will be charged once you arrive at the hotel, at the front desk. Guarantee deposit must be made within 24-hours of your reservation being confirmed.
To ensure your booking, it is essential to confirm your deposit payment at the time you make your reservation.
