General Terms
Valid for new bookings of a minimum of five (5) rooms for at least three (3) consecutive nights. Benefits apply to all room categories. Multi-bedroom units count as one (1) room.
All reservations traveling together as part of the social group must be identified by the client in order to qualify for the applicable benefits. Unidentified groups are not eligible to receive benefits or complimentary services.
A complete rooming list is required at least thirty (30) days prior to arrival. Benefits and inclusions are not redeemable for cash, credits, or any other compensation. No refunds will be issued for unused benefits.
This program is not combinable with other group programs, promotions, packages, or special offers.
Experiences
Eligible groups may choose one (1) of the following experiences, subject to availability and advance confirmation:
Semi-private dinner at one of the resort’s restaurants with a preset menu. Maximum of twelve (12) guests per seating. The number of guests may be increased based on availability and the selected restaurant. Additional charges may apply for guests booked under the European Plan.
Complimentary bottle of sparkling wine. Includes one (1) house sparkling wine per group.
Cheese board and red wine. Includes one (1) bottle of house red wine and one (1) cheese board per group, serving up to four (4) guests.
Semi-private cocktail reception at one of the hotel’s bars. Location is subject to availability. Beverages are included as part of the All-Inclusive Plan. Maximum of thirty (30) guests. Applies only to guests booked under the All-Inclusive Plan.
Personalized birthday cake. Available flavors include Strawberry Tres Leches, Lime Pie, or Red Velvet. Cake size: 6 inches.
Mixology class and/or tequila or wine tasting. Advance reservation is required and subject to availability. Maximum of thirty (30) guests. Beverages are included as part of the All-Inclusive Plan. Applies only to guests booked under the All-Inclusive Plan.
Cooking class hosted by the hotel with a preset menu. Maximum of fifteen (15) participants per session.
Private in-suite dinner with a chef. Available exclusively for guests staying under the Residential Retreat program in eligible suite categories.
Private group yoga class. Subject to availability. Maximum of thirty (30) participants.
Group paddleboard or kayaking experience. Subject to advance reservation and availability. Maximum of fifteen (15) participants.
To confirm the selected experience, the client must contact [email protected] at least twenty (20) days prior to arrival. Experiences apply to both European Plan and All-Inclusive Plan bookings unless otherwise stated above.
Complimentary Room Upgrade
Complimentary room upgrade from Suite to Ultra Suite and from Corner Suite to Ultra Corner Suite. This upgrade applies to the entire group and must be confirmed at the time of booking. Upgrades are subject to availability.
Complimentary Suite
When booking seven (7) rooms, the group will receive one (1) complimentary suite. This benefit is non-cumulative and applies up to a maximum of two (2) complimentary rooms.
Complimentary room(s) will be assigned in the lead category and according to the meal plan reserved by the majority of the group.
Welcome Drink
Upon arrival, the group will receive a complimentary non-alcoholic welcome beverage.
Spa Benefit
Guests will receive a 10% discount on Spa treatments of fifty (50) minutes or longer. Discount applies to spa services only and may not be combined with other spa promotions or discounts.
Priority Check-In
Priority check-in requires advance coordination. The client must provide the group’s arrival schedule prior to arrival. All arrivals must take place within a three-hour window.
One-Way Transportation
Applies to both European Plan and All-Inclusive Plan bookings. One-way transportation applies from the airport to the hotel or from the hotel to the airport.
This benefit applies exclusively to paid Ultra Suite categories with a minimum stay of three (3) consecutive nights.
Transportation is provided in units according to availability. To schedule the service, the client must email [email protected] at least fifteen (15) days prior to arrival.
Round-Trip Transportation
Applies to both European Plan and All-Inclusive Plan bookings. Round-trip transportation applies from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel to the airport.
This benefit applies exclusively to the following paid categories with a minimum stay of three (3) consecutive nights for the entire group:
Transportation is provided in units according to availability. To schedule the service, the client must email [email protected] at least fifteen (15) days prior to arrival.
Complimentary Breakfast
Valid exclusively for guests booked under the European Plan.
Breakfast is served at the restaurant corresponding to the resort where the guest is staying, during the restaurant’s regular breakfast operating hours, or through room service when available.
Includes breakfast for up to two (2) adults per room. Alcoholic beverages and any food or beverage items outside the restaurant’s regular breakfast menu or service are not included.
