We LOVED our trip to Hotel Mousai! The service, the rooms, the views, the pools, the food, everything was amazing!! The food was very much a step above what we normally have for all inclusive resorts, and I don’t think we had a bad meal - even the pool food was super delicious! The service was also wonderful! We stayed in a corner ultra suite in the North tower and got the added bonus of having Diego and Ernesto as our butlers. They were amazing - they got our group of 8 reservations every night at the times we wanted and it was so easy! Any little thing we needed they were right there to help us out and make our stay special! I also thought the spa was amazing. The views, the services, all incredible! Some of our favorite staff members that we met were Omar, Rafael and Gabriel at the rooftop pool (North tower). I don’t think our drinks were ever dry or our tummies hungry - they work so hard and took great care of us! Roberto down at the Garza Blanca pool was also so sweet to us and fun personality and we loved having him as our pool server. Lastly, at Dao, David was exceptional. We had great servers every night but he was over the top excellent. Overall great stay and we will definitely be back!
