HOTEL MOUSAI CANCUN

My wife and I had an amazing time celebrating our 10th anniversary at Hotel Mousai. From the moment we arrived, Anel at reception welcomed us like family and made us feel truly special. This was our fifth stay with Tafer and our first time at Mousai, and it definitely exceeded our expectations. The rooms were beautifully decorated with vibrant colors, and the views were absolutely spectacular. We stayed on the 8th floor in the center section of the building, which we felt offered the perfect balance of privacy and breathtaking scenery. The amenities were top-notch, and the food was incredible throughout our stay. Breakfast at NOI every morning was the perfect way to start the day. Abidanab took exceptional care of us, always offering great recommendations and surprising us with chef specialties that made each morning memorable. The dining experiences at night were truly the highlight of our trip, especially at DAO and NOI. The chefs personally came out to ensure everything tasted perfect, adding such a personal and welcoming touch — they even sang for guests, which made the experience even more special. Overall, everything was fantastic. My only suggestion for improvement would be to add a DJ at the rooftop bar from around 10 PM to 1 AM. After dinner, we were hoping for a bit more nightlife and energy, but the rooftop bars at Mousai and Garza Blanca were fairly quiet during those hours. Other than that, our stay was absolutely perfect, and we can’t wait to return.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Mousai. It was never crowded, and at times felt like we had the place to ourselves. We never had any issue with noise. It was a very laid back vibe, and we were completely fine with that. The service was stellar, we never had to wait for any drinks and received our food in a timely manner every time. Here are a few of the staff that really shined. Pool Staff -Blanca, Auri, Manuel. Noi Restaurant - Heriberto was very personable and waiters Guillermo and Ismael great too. Bars - Jesus (lobby bar) was very attentive and while all the drinks at Mousai were great, Jose the Head Mixologist makes the best. The food at Noi was by far the best food we have ever had at an all inclusive resort. The resort was very clean. The rooms are spacious and love the fact you can see the ocean from the King sized bed. The Balcony has complete privacy which is great, but it does block the breeze. One suggestion would be to put a ceiling fan on the balcony. As far as location, the only thing to call out is that the beach is not the best, we knew this going in so we were not disappointed. We loved our stay and would return again.

We travel often, and honestly, our stay at Hotel Mousai was one of the best resort experiences we’ve had anywhere. The room was beautiful, but what truly made the stay special were the people. Our butlers, Alexa and Marcos, were wonderful. They checked in with us throughout the day, made sure we had everything we needed, and took care of our reservations with ease. Everything felt smooth and stress-free because of them. Endy at the rooftop and pool was a standout for us. She was friendly, incredibly personable, and always attentive without being overbearing. Her energy made every pool day better, and I genuinely missed seeing her smile when she wasn’t there. Ivan, our pool butler, was just as great — always on top of things and constantly elevating the pool experience with his positive attitude. The rooftop pool itself was wonderful and quickly became one of our favorite places to relax. Edgar from Activities brought so much fun and energy to the resort. You can really tell he loves what he does. His magic skills were such a fun surprise and added to the overall vibe of the experience. The food across the resort was excellent. Our favorite restaurants were NoI, Dao, and Hiroshi — each one memorable in its own way. NoI especially stood out for both food and service. We truly felt taken care of every morning. Huge thanks to Rubi for always greeting us with a smile, along with Heriberto, Oswaldo, Ismael, and José, who took care of us during our first few days at breakfast. Their recommendations and thoughtful extras made the experience even better. The resort itself is stunning, but the real magic is the staff. Every person we interacted with was kind, professional, and genuinely welcoming. We left feeling less like guests and more like friends. If you’re thinking about staying at Hotel Mousai, don’t hesitate. The service alone makes it unforgettable.
