Last week my husband and I returned from our 4th trip to Hotel Mousai Cancun, the first visit was to Garza Blanca Cancun as Hotel Mousai was delayed in opening. We have traveled extensively to all inclusive resorts all over the Caribbean and we have also traveled to hotels in Europe. We also have had many amazing experiences at Hotel Mousai in Puerto Vallarta as well as Garza Blanca in Puerto Vallarta. That being said, nothing has matched the level of service we have received at The Hotel Mousai in Cancun, particularly the superb staff of NOI for breakfast. We have never felt more welcome at any place by all staff. Warmly welcomed each morning by Hereberto, Hanna, Abi, Oswaldo, Jose, Angel, Enrique, Rubi and beautiful, smiling Diana🥰 was truly a blessing in every way as each morning was perfection and we tended to linger with our coffee after enjoying our excellent breakfasts. EXCEPTIONAL FOOD! No detail was overlooked from presentation to service. We truly felt like family. I can’t imagine a better place to begin our day.
Also a special shoutout to Carlos, the amazing bartender who went ABOVE AND BEYOND to ensure our martinis were prepared to perfection. Amazing and very kind man who we look forward to seeing each time we visit.
We very much enjoyed meeting Jimmy, the manager of the pool area staff. They are all excellent! Particularly Aury, Blanca, and Karina. Lunch was really nice whether we dined at the rooftop pool or the infinity pool. We also had lunch one day at Blanca Blue and the food was so delicious.
We also enjoyed the robata experience at Hiroshi and it was really fun with our waiter, Arturo. He was excellent and we will request him next time. Such a treat.
Dinners at NOI were excellent as always and we had the pleasure to speak with Chef Benito again. The new menu items are great and we enjoyed many of them, particularly the tenderloin with homemade spinach pasta. Just incredible. As you can tell we are foodies and dining is a very important aspect of our vacation! Service was once again exceptional from Alfonso, Guillermo and the entire staff. Alessandra is a wonderful addition, greeting us warmly each evening at dinner.
A special thank you to our excellent butlers, Alexa and Marcos. We wanted for nothing!! The best 🥰
