Great Mini Moon Getaway

We had a wonderful time on on our Mini Moon escaping to Hotel Mousai from Tampa. It was a short, direct flight. The highlights were the jacuzzi on our balcony, the view, all of the amazing food and our concierge, Ena. She was so compassionate, kind and authentic. Ena did whatever it took to make sure our stay was fabulous, while taking a caring, personal interest in our wedding and love story. We hope to come back soon!

We stayed at hotel Mousai for a week and this place was better than expected. The level of service we received was unlike anything I’ve ever experienced before, and our food and drinks were exceptional! Top level quality all around. I don’t think I’ve ever received so many cold towels throughout the week in my life. We stayed in a 2-bedroom suite which included a terrace hot tub and hammock. The restrooms (and every public restroom on site) were heated bidet seats. I swear I cannot go back to a regular toilet seat at home now. The Hotel’s interior design is like modern Art Deco meets bold, sleek contemporary luxury, with influences leaning towards a chic, glamorous, almost outer space vibe with graphic patterns, rich colors, and high-tech amenities, creating a unique, stylish escape. It's less traditional '60s Deco and more a glam, modern, artistic interpretation with luxurious details. We enjoyed neighboring golf courses, the hotel spa services and their hydrotherapy experience (highly recommend even paying the 50usd to use the sauna/steam/plunge/pool) and gym. The only thing we didn’t do was shop in their stores, however we did take a look and there was lovely outfits and resortwear. You become acquainted with the staff the week goes on. While it’s an all-inclusive resort, you have the option to leave additional tip for the staff. I promise you, the level of service is unmatched, and if you speak Spanish, you’ll leave missing this crew- they’re truly wonderful as a team. What’s a hotel like this without an incredible group of people running it and making sure your stay is the best?

This was an amazing experience! We are members with the Villa group next door and also with the Tafer group which is Garza and Mousai. We were able to move from villa to mousai for a few days to try it out and we loved the studio room that was beautiful, spacious and awesome. The food was great (and we had all inclusive, if not the prices are a bit up there but the food was amazing!). The staff were awesome and always willing to help and talk etc. Very adults only experience. A lot of beach chairs and areas at the pool, beach and rooftop pool so you don't feel crowded. Overall a great experience! 😎🤗

Overall tremendous experience. From our butlers Rubisel and Marcos, to the lobby bar staff Gerardo and Jose, and especially the rooftop pool staff Blanca , Juan , and Ernesto. Then entire week was fantastic!!
