Just in time for the return of Puerto Vallarta’s high season, the brand-new Hotel Mousai South Tower is now open! The new tower celebrated its official Grand Opening on December 2, 2021.
Hotel Mousai is an adults-only resort located on the Garza Blanca Preserve in the exclusive south zone of Puerto Vallarta. The South Tower is the second Mousai tower, which sits adjacent to the original North Tower. With a jungle backdrop and oceanfront views, both towers at Hotel Mousai are just incredible, exuding class and elegance. The North Tower has been a AAA Five Diamond-rated resort for six consecutive years.

The South Tower has 72 suites to choose from bringing the total Hotel Mousai inventory to 145. Each suite exudes creativity, Mousai style, and the suites in the new tower are debuting a fresh new look.
Hotel Mousai South Tower Suites have king-size beds and are available with connecting doors to form Two-Bedroom Suites for groups traveling together. Mousai Corner Suites have wraparound terraces with stunning views of the ocean or the jungle. Ultra Suites are on the upper floors of the hotel with the best views, and come with additional amenities such as butler service, free access to the hydrotherapy circuit at the spa, and a pillow and aromatherapy menu.
Spectacular penthouses are built to dazzle, with mountain and jungle views in every direction from the floor-to-ceiling windows that wrap around the entire suite. Bespoke designer furnishings and lighting add to the luxurious ambiance, and in-room privileges include premium bar, in-suite breakfast, butler service, welcome amenities, and in-suite experiences.
Colors of white, silver, and gold dominate the design scheme in all of the suites, with Mousai’s signature accents, colors of purple and red complementing the light, bright atmosphere. All of the suites have TAFER Resorts’ signature plush, comfy beds, private terraces with a jacuzzi and a hammock, and iPad technology to control air conditioning, curtains, and music.
The new South Tower is indeed a sight to behold. Its motor lobby has an impressive 8-meter-high glass viewpoint overlooking the jungle, while the main lobby continues the playful games theme of the original Hotel Mousai, but remixed, with a black, white, and gold color scheme.

DAO Contemporary Chinese Cuisine is a high-end Chinese restaurant in a modern building on the bridge between the two Mousai towers. The chef was born in Hong Kong and has created a menu that will take diners on a contemporary journey across China.
NOI is an Italian restaurant serving fresh pastas, pizzas and more from a fabulous open show kitchen. NOI opens for dinner to both Hotel Mousai and Garza Blanca guests.
The Rooftop restaurant and bar is the place to be for sunset cocktail parties with unique handmade speciality drinks. Guests are encouraged to take selfies on the Rooftop, which offers stunning 360° views of Banderas Bay. An additional feature of the South Tower’s Rooftop is that it has its own bathrooms on the same level, whereas in the Mousai North Tower, the bathrooms are located a floor beneath.
The tower has its own brand-new gym with all of the latest fitness machines, free weights, yoga room, showers, lockers, and, of course, spectacular jungle views.
