The winners of the Master Plan International Architecture Competition 2017 have been announced! In October 2016, Tafer Hotels & Resorts opened a competition for professionals and students who work in the architecture and design fields to prepare a creative proposal for a 400-acre plot of land situated right next door to the Garza Blanca Preserve, where Hotel Mousai is located. In February, the winners of the competition were announced and Tafer Hotels & Resort’s architects are currently analyzing all the ideas to prepare a Master Plan for the project which is intended to bring a host of benefits for Hotel Mousai guests.
400 Acres of Beachfront Land
Preparing to diversify the outstanding luxury services and unique experiences that Hotel Mousai guests already enjoy, Garza Blanca Preserve will soon expand into a breathtaking plot of land with 400 acres and beachfront access next door to its current home. The land was purchased in 2016, which prompted this dynamic international competition to take place. Competitors were urged to place the utmost importance on finding a way to design the use of the property so that it would seamlessly mingle with the incredible surrounding natural landscape while providing future guests even more extraordinary services and experiences.
