When Valenzo was first hired more than 7 years ago, he joined the team at Blanca Blue Restaurant at sister resort Garza Blanca Resort; however, it was not long before his seniors recognized the type of exceptional service that he provided to guests. They knew immediately that they had a special position in mind for him, which was to join the team of butlers. After two years working with the luxury butler team at Garza Blanca, he was promoted to lead the team of butlers at Hotel Mousai upon its opening in 2015. He makes sure that his team meets all the requests and needs of the celebrities, VIP’s, and Ultra Mousai Suite guests that arrive each week.
