We welcome Chef Jags Aldaba once again to delight our guests with a curated contemporary menu in the Omakase tradition. Omakase is Japan’s tradition of allowing the chef to serve up his best dishes, and that is just what you can expect as one of the best sushi chefs from the world renowned barMasa restaurant in Las Vegas joins Hiroshi to inspire your palate like never before. Accompanied by live music, and optional sake pairing, Omakase with Chef Jags Aldaba will be a night to remember.
