It’s that time of year again to welcome the acclaimed International Gourmet Festival to Puerto Vallarta and Riviera Nayarit, marinated, sliced and diced for your pleasure. For the past 21 years, Thierry Blouet and Heinz Reize, two influential chefs with a passion for Puerto Vallarta, have organized the International Gourmet Festival alongside Chef Roland Menetrey as means of putting the spotlight on Vallarta’s taste bud tempting cuisine.
From November 16th to 22nd, guests at Hotel Mousai can take advantage of the exciting events that will take place throughout Puerto Vallarta and Riviera Nayarit. Hotel Mousai’s own signature restaurant, Hiroshi, will be participating in the International Gourmet Festival by welcoming guest chef, Carlos Leyva, who will be preparing a spectacular tasting menu of Japanese fusion dishes throughout the festival.
Likewise, Hotel Mousai guests can sample the creations of guest chef José Alfredo Bazán who will be leading the team at BocaDos STK with succulent fine cuts and tasty meaty bites to share.
