Food Lovers Experience – Orange Deck

This event is for lovers of fine dining and world class wines, where the fusion of cultures and flavors will steal the show. Enjoy the delectable culinary creations of guest chefs, Jags Aldaba from barMASA restaurant in Las Vegas, USA and Rurik Salazar from the Bayan Tree in Acapulco, Mexico as they cook up a storm on November 14th. Hotel Mousai’s Orange Deck will lend the scene with music and a blissful setting, joined by our very own talented chefs, Mario Castro from Blanca Blue, Carlos Leyva from Hiroshi Restaurant, Chef Alvaro Cortez from BocaDos STK and Marcelo Vega our pastry chef. The Food Lovers Experience will serve a wide selection of heavenly fare, tempting guests and local residents with mouthwatering tapas and wine tasting.

Guest chef Yerika Muñoz, from the renowned Mexico City restaurant Astrid & Gaston will be joining our very own chef Alvaro Cortes at BocaDos STK to take your palate on an succulent journey of the senses.  The passion and precision of our resident chef Alvaro Cortes unites with the expertise of Chef Yerika Muños in Peruvian cuisine to serve up a delicious experience that will feature exquisite “anticuchos” and fine cuts of meat to sizzle your taste buds.
