Once again the International Gourmet Festival in Puerto Vallarta was a blasting success last month, with contributions from world renowned chefs and a number of top restaurants in Puerto Vallarta, including Cafe des Artistes, El Trio, La Leche, La Palapa, BocaDos STK and, Hotel Mousai’s very own Japanese fusion restaurant, Hiroshi.

Joining the International Gourmet Festival Puerto Vallarta from Villa del Palmar Cancun Luxury Beach Resort & Spa in Cancun, Chef Carlos Leyva shared his expertise at Hotel Mousai’s Hiroshi restaurant and formed part of the gourmet festival’s opening and closing events.
Chef Alfredo Bazán
Chef Alfredo Bazán, also representing Villa del Palmar Cancun, joined the team at Hotel Mousai’s sister resort, Garza Blanca to lead the kitchen at BocaDos STK during the International Gourmet Festival in Puerto Vallarta.
