Catch of the Day

Catch of the Day is a wonderful event for foodies to enjoy with their families. The event begins when the local fishermen bring in their fishing boats to Garza Blanca Beach to deliver their selection of fresh caught fish. One of the resort’s chefs will then take the fish and prepare a delicious dish for guests to try at this gourmet activity. Before your eyes the chef will prepare a fresh ceviche, sharing his secrets with guests as to what makes the best raw fish salad!

The fresh fish that arrives during this activity is also on sale by the kilo for you purchase, with the option of having the chef prepare it for you later in the day just as you like: ceviche, grilled, cooked in garlic etc.
