Why do I have to log in again with my previous mail account?
We’re currently migrating all our current TAFER Rewards members into a new web platform to further improve your overall online experience. By logging in with your original mail account, we’ll be able to link all of your historic data from the previous page into our new platform, keeping your membership program status and benefits intact in the process.

Do I have to create an another TAFER Rewards account to access?
Yes, it is necessary to re-register and create a new password. Even though you need to set up a new account, rest assured that you will not lose the nights accumulated from your previous account; everything will be linked to your new account. We continue to work on it to ensure a seamless transition.

Will I lose my previous TAFER Rewards level tier or benefits when login in?
Not at all. Everything will remain exactly the same as you already have it on your TAFER Rewards account.
- Not valid for promotions from vacation clubs where you are required to qualify and attend a sales presentation or rates that depend on membership (paid or otherwise), examples of which include, but are not limited to Grupon, RueLala, Hoteltravel.com, etc. Not valid for groups or weddings.
- The welcome amenity, bottle of wine, and room upgrade are offered once per stay and upon arrival.
- Spa credit applies only to treatments of 50 minutes or longer and excludes purchases of spa retail products. It cannot be combined with other credits, tips, tax payments, or promotional offers.
- Room upgrades and early check-in/late check-out are subject to availability.
